"I truly can't say enough about West Coast Restoration they were honest, professional, and a pleasure to do business with from the start! They simply took what I consider a nightmarish situation and diffused it with their kindness and honesty. Robert described the process and actions I would need to take to rectify the situation (This was my first experience with a flood and I had the plumber, a leak detective, the insurance company and the restoration company all present at one time, ahh). I did not want anyone to do anything until I spoke to the insurance company and Robert respected my wish and gave me no pressure. As the hours and minutes ticked everything that was shared with me by Robert was slowing coming to fruition, at some point I realized he was not only being honest but helpful and I was in good hands. "Hi Rob, Thank you for the call today. It means a lot for a company to follow up on their service and to ask if we are happy or not. As I said on the phone, we were so very pleased with the service we received. On Monday night, we had a flood in our home and the water was moving towards our Christmas Tree. We called SOS Rooter and they sent the restoration work to your company. Within minutes I got a call from someone at your company telling me that someone would be on their way very soon. Soon after than, I got a call from Rory Fay who told me that he was on his way. When he arrived, it was so wonderful to have someone at our home that could truly empathize with us and truly HELPED us! All in just a few hours, he was able to get our carpet up and get the blowers running to start the dry out process. He then, as promised, kept in touch with me about the next phases of our restoration and pushed for the vendors to get the job done quicker than was usually done. All of this meant the world to our family! In less than a week, we were all put back together with a full dry-out, carpet relayed and cleaned and drywall repaired and painted! "Nobody likes dealing with insurance companies and emergency restoration companies but if a flood occurs you need both. Recently I had my condo flood (not the first time) and of course I had no idea who to call when a babbling brook is running through the living room. A random call to West Coast Restoration was a gamble but I would have to say it worked out well. The crew was out there within a half hour and the guys were professional, explained what needed to be done and jumped on it. They did a great job drying it out and getting it ready to be put back together. Having gone through this ordeal a few years prior I know it doesn't always go this smoothly especially when it comes to settling up the bill. The company that I used prior tried to gouge both me and the insurance company. When the insurance company questioned the billing the restoration company decided to come after me. It was a complete mess and I actually had to hire a lawyer to prevent the restoration company from suing me.
This did not happen with West Coast Restoration. Rob the owner was straight up with me from the beginning. He knew how to deal with insurance companies and in the end he was willing to give up a little bit profit to help out myself and the tenants that were living in my condo at the time. I sure hope I do not require their services again but I would not hesitate to call these guys if I needed to. I would also recommend them to anybody who does require restoration services."
